Life is difficult. It’s not a bed of roses but a road of thorns. Many times we feel stressful and tired of life. We get stressful for our work, our colleagues, our friends, our relatives, our spouses, our children, our family etc. Little stress in life makes us competitive but when it persists more than a month it becomes fatal. So it is always better for us to get rid of stress as quickly as possible.

I have tried and followed 15 very simple ways to avoid my daily stress, which I have mentioned as follows:

1.

Sleeping as much as possible is very important. We need to follow a constant sleeping pattern.

2.

We need to do what gives us pleasure. Working out on our hobbies is helpful to divert our mind from stressful thought to pleasure giving activities.

3.

Sharing our problems with somebody close to us can help. It’s better to cry holding our close ones than tormenting ourselves in lone pain. Weeping before our best people relieves us from our pain or stress to a greater extent.

4.

Prayer to God. When we start relying on somebody who is greater than us, we feel relaxed and off burden.

5.

We need start looking for opportunities to serve and help people.
Life is difficult. It’s not a bed of roses but a road of thorns... Little stress in life makes us competitive but when it persists more than a month it becomes fatal.
Going to old age homes and orphanages etc. can be considered. Others’ problems will sift our attention from our own problems to theirs.

6.

Stop smoking and drinking. Giving up bad habits very much necessary as it cannot give us relief; in fact it makes us more frustrated.

7.

Regular Physical exercise can be good for relieving our mental stress.

8.

We need to reduce our anger, anxiety & depression.

9.

Setting small and achievable goals is necessary. We need to prioritize our responsibilities always. Time management is very important.

10.

Recognizing and accepting our limits and weaknesses can help us to accept failures in a positive manner.

11.

It is always better for us that if the situation demands we need to change our environment also.

12.

Always focusing on our strengths and talents can boost our confidence and help us to get rid of stress.

13.

We need to avoid sitting long hours in air-conditioned rooms. It increases fatigue.

14.

We need to have a balanced and proper healthy diet.

15.

A smile on your face can make us smile always.
