We all know today we live in a world of pain, suffering, depression, stress, death, terror, violence, anger, agitation, murder, suicide, prostitution, immorality etc. Today people have lost certainty of their life. What will happen the next moment, nobody knows. Last few days theres a news that in Andhra Pradesh, India three working women were killed within certain periods of interval. What is the cause or motive? Can't be traced.
About Suicide: the survey says that South India is worlds suicide capital. Bangalore is India's suicide capital.
Whatever it may be we are not safe anymore in this world today. This is very small stats about only two issues. There are many other issues that I listed in the very first sentence of this article.
Today I was just thinking about all these. All these people need proper counseling, proper guidance. And a thought came to my mind. I just want to share it with you all now.
Searchwarp is a writers community. I believe we are all thinkers and we can impact our surroundings. We can be change agents. We create awareness. We can counsel people. I believe the articles published here have helped many people even the writers in many ways. It has helped me too.

So my idea is if Searchwarp can create a place where people can place their problems and we thinkers can stretch our helping hands by giving counseling, guidance and if possible literal help then we can seriously impact our society. If Bruce & Co. can think about this it will be great.
We have so many Christian teachers, counselors, self-help counselors, motivators in this community. Cant we really do something together for our world? I remember the title of one of my articles, can't we stand in the gap as a team? Searchwarp team. Can Searchwarp walk an extra mile for our sick & bleeding world?
Give your feedback. God bless you.

More commentsCandles,That's a great idea, not sure it's possible, but a great one indeed! Tell me where to sign the petition (smile)You have already signed it. See Bruce's comment above. He has already thinks about it. But even I dont know how he is going to do that.LOL. I'm sure the Almighty Bruce can do it, if no one can!
Hi Chiradeep!I cosign to the fact that you are truly inspirational! I would love to have you join our network, and share your message there, as well; as it is a community of writers/authors/musicians/poets/small business persons. What is your email address?
Thanks again!Thanks dear friend! Thanks for that sweet comment. My email id is in my BIO. Searchwarp doesnt allow me to write email in this comments. God bless you.Ma'am you never contacted me. The email is in my profile. Writing a email Id is not allowed by SW in the comment section.
Can we stretch our hands out and give others counseling? Yes, we can. And the key is to continue writing and doing the work we do, Chiradeep. Great article. Great insight. Keep up the wonderful work.Thanks Carmel! God bless you for your support to my desire.
Chiradeep,Those who love God not only desire to love their family and friends but to reach out to the whole world and heal it. This is a good place for a heart. Just keep working on this idea, as you do so, answers will come, people will move, action will take place. God will lead you and the willing to help. The universe always desiring to bless those who follow its laws, will reach out to help those, especially those who desire to help others. I have moved along such a path for 15 years and have been handed great blessings and opportunities to touch many. I have touched thousands. And as the spirit has moved on me informing, lifting, inspiring, guiding, and buffeting, I am amazed as to the knowledge, insight and ability given and gained. If you keep the desire to help hundreds, thousands, millions the opportunity will be given you. But focus clearly on what you desire, for the universe does not like vague or wimpy goals. Think big and biggness will follow. Peace.AMEN Jeff! Thanks for that exhortation. I am delighted & blessed brother. God bless you for that comment. My vision is not mine its God's vision through me. So its not vague. If I won't work on this He will allow somebody else to persue it. Thanks again.Here's a quote that I just found that tells it all. Enjoy:
“When you work simply for yourself or for your
own personal gain your mind will seldom rise above
the limitations of the undeveloped personal life;
but when you are inspired by some great purpose,
some extraordinary project, all your thoughts break bounds;
your mind transcends limitations;
your consciousness expands in every direction;
and you find yourself in a new world, a great
world, a wonderful world; dormant powers,
faculties and talents become alive,
and you discover yourself to be a larger man
by far than you ever dreamed yourself to be.”
-- Christian D. Larson, Business Psychology, 1912Thanks Jeff! It's a wonderful saying. I am grateful that you typed it here with my article. God bless you abundantly.
Hi- Interesting idea. An easy way to do this might be to let people email in questions and then have the questions posted on the assignment desk so writers who may have answers can write short articles to address those issues.I loved it, I loved it. Your Idea is just as I desire. Let's try it, either through searchwarp (if it provides) or something new, some new website can be created for this. Keep praying & thinking Val! God bless you.
Sounds like a wonderful idea to me. Many of our articles do that already. If you have an issue, you can go to that particular category and find something that would interest or help you, I'm sure. Great idea at any rate.Thanks for sharing. Maybe a suggestion box for article issues????SandraYes Sandra! A box where worried, anxious, stressed out people can come and share their heart out and we all can just help that fellow out of her/his problems to some extent. Atleast the Psychological & Spiritual part we can handle here by His strength. Anyway God bless you for your input.
Even I appeal with you Chiradeep. God given desire will be surely fulfilled. Bless you.
Chiradeep, this is a great idea, however, in this world of never ending lawsuits, I would not know how counselling someone would set on this site from a legal perspective. It could be a vehicle for someone to sue SearchWarp for misinformation if the person, or persons doing the counselling is not a bonified counselor. I would love to see this happen as far as helping folks like you say, and I know where your heart is, (by the way, bless you for saying what you are saying). But the fact is, the world we live in today, I would imagine that SearchWarp would have to be careful with this one. I think the way we communicate now, is enough. I certainly will not counsel anyone, as I am not qualified to do so, I can give my "opinion", but that is all I will give. But some people are really into the "lawsuit" game, and we don't want SearchWarp to be put into that position. It is sad that there are folks out there that will sue, but they will if given the chance....Great article, and very heartfelt, and I appreciate your concerns, and wanting to always help others, you will be blessed for your way of thinking....Your fan, and friend in pen...GarySorry for a delayed response Sir! I respect your comment. You're very correct in regards to legal issues. HELP is a better word. Thanks for the advice.
Hate to be the party pooper here, but I think SearchWarp is successful because it adheres to its purpose as a writer's community, where writers write and self-publish. So you turn SearchWarp into a counseling center. Then, you turn SearchWarp into an online auction. Then, you turn SearchWarp into a video gaming center, or some other thing, until eventually there isn't really a community for writers, but a shopping mall with kiosks, Pottery Barns, and TGIFridays. Look at Amazon, it has discussion boards. But I find them futile and uninteresting. There are simply too many, they are too disconnected from any coherent Amazon community, a community that is best served as a place where people buy books.
Also, if SearchWarp turns into a ministerial mission, I'm probably likely to publish my thoughts in a more diverse venue elsewhere.- GThanks for your comment.
GREAT challenge and thought provoking article. I think we can do it! You did a super job with this piece Brother!
